About this app

Informio Operator is a mobile application for operators and administrators of AI assistants created in the Informio platform.
The application allows you to monitor the communication of visitors with AI assistants and, if necessary, easily continue the conversation as a live operator.

Main functions:
- overview of active conversations,
- history of completed chats,
- display of AI messages, both visitor and operator,
- takeover of the conversation by a live operator,
- reply to the customer directly from the phone,
- switch between organizations,
- notification of the start of a new chat,
- prominent notification when a visitor requests a live operator,
- individual setting of push notifications.

Informio Operator is intended for existing customers of the Informio platform. An active user account is required to use the application.
