Mappost is an innovative and automated system that compiles thousands of client and employee generated data points to calculate the most optimal daily routes for each field worker given a set of specific and unique object, location, and vehicle constraints. The routes are then automatically assigned to each field worker who see them as a set of serviceable locations and tasks via the Mappost app. Using the app, each field worker records task completion status and detailed feedback which are used by the self-learning optimization algorithms of Mappost to optimize future routes. The routes and task completion are integrated in the company’s existing ERP and CRM systems, ensuring a seamless information and process management system where data is constantly and automatically updated to incorporate all new information, such as new clients and changing object constraints.
