There are too many separate apps you have to download if you want to travel this way! One for buying the ticket, another for storing the ticket, and another for checking the schedule and location for your trip! So unnecessary! There has GOT to be an easier and more conventional way!

absolute sh***. I can't think of any other word for it. in addition to having to download TWO apps (for some inexplicable reason), if one updates, the other doesn't work- though this is not indicated anywhere. Result? you can try to validate your ticket as many times as you like, it won't work following an update. One of the personnel literally told me to get a ticket as the phone app rarely works - which, indeed, has been my experience.

.....so speechless I've purchased an annual card and a 10 pass, and now I can't log in with this app. I've been struggling trying figuring it out for an hour. But still nothing. My property just disappeared....... Update: After 2 weeks, I got nothing back. No my annual subscription, no tickets, and no response. It's like a scam. If you want to get scamed, buy it here
