I wonder why this app stops working at crucial times. You hang out with friends, you have fun, you want to go back home, you take a taxi and then you realise this freaking app doesn't work at some times. Frustrating !

It is a very bad bank app, here you can not pay your card directly if you do not have a savings account with the bank, which is very strange because in the web version it allows. Payments sometimes take several days to be reflected, there is no chat and everything must be done by telephone branch. If you have an affiliated card and you make a payment on the main card, the payment you made erases the expenses of the affiliated card and frees up credit.

The app is working now, but still need much more improvement. The transactions you make with your Credit card doesn't show up in the app instantly it takes up to 3 days to be display in the app, witch for security purposes is terrible, also the don't notify you when you make any transaction all these features were available in the old Citi bank app.
