More frequent than not recently on certain days you're not able to successfully make a transfer or pay a bill. Either the submit button not responding or the tan is delayed beyond the count down time. Been trying for the past 2 weeks and keep forgetting that I wasn't able to pay bills. Very inconvenient. Note: I came to check for updates and there were none for the app.

This application desperately needs an update, its 2025 ladies and gentlemen having an app that is difficult to navigate, poor graphics and a copyright of "2015" just to show you the levels is deplorable and not acceptable. Its a digital age we need to adapt to the heavy transition taking place before we are left behind.

Like this app needs some serious improvement. 1. I would like to check my transactions in real time. 2. I would like to actually download my statement without the app sending me to a stall page where the only other option is to log in again (but cant, cause you're already logged in) 3. Have the option to save my details so I don't have to enter it every time 4. Fingerprint! 5. Less exasperation...
