About this app

The EuLíder app was developed to support nurses' leadership development. To this end, it was built based on the self-awareness process, which allows them to complete self-assessment questionnaires, and on the self-development process, which includes recommendations for articles, podcasts, videos, and general online content that aim to contribute to this leadership development process. The Eulíder app also features a space for recording professional practice, as well as a leadership thermometer that allows nurses to identify how they feel as leaders at that moment. With all these tools, the Eulíder app seeks to guide nurses in the process of leadership self-development, considering the indispensable relevance of this competency to nurses' professional practice in healthcare management.
