With immo+ 360 we make the work of property managers and property managers easier. Our mobile app offers you various functions relating to the recording of meter readings in apartment buildings - efficient, quick and uncomplicated. The application uses the camera to automatically detect the meter values. And the best thing about it: Even without an internet connection, your measurements can be carried out easily thanks to the offline mode.

• Easy meter reading capture: Easily scan meter readings with your smartphone's camera. The mobile app automatically recognizes the meter readings and transfers them directly to the billing system.

• Automatic object recognition: The MobileApp offers automatic assignment of meter readings to the corresponding objects, making administration even clearer.

• Manual meter management: Add meters and registers manually if necessary. This enables flexible adaptation to the specific needs of your objects.


In addition to the MobileApp, as a property manager you benefit from the immo+ 360 WebApp, which offers you further practical functions:

• Comprehensive administration: The WebApp allows you to create new objects and manage existing ones. You can search specifically for meters, filter them and adjust them if necessary.
• Secure data transmission: Transfer the recorded meter readings easily and securely directly to your energy supplier so that bills can be created promptly and error-free.
