About this app

It is a software created entirely in Polish for Attorneys and Internal Auditors in food, packaging and other companies.

The program consists of two parts:
- Basic page in web browser.
- Mobile application available for smartphones and tablets.

The website in the web browser enables, among others:
- Planning audits / inspections in annual cycles, taking into account various standards such as: IFS Food, Logistic, Broker, BRC GS Food, A&B, Storage & Distribution, Packaging, FSSC22000 and others.
- Scheduling audits/inspections taking into account different auditors and company departments.
- Scheduling a one-off audit/inspection with a selection of elements of the audited standard.
- Synchronization of the scheduled audit / inspection with the smartphone application and audit data after the audit.
- Generating an action plan for identified non-compliances and sending it to the audited departments and people.
- Generate an audit/inspection report.

Mobile application:
- Allows you to open a previously planned audit / inspection with predefined requirements and scope (requirements of the standard, organizational departments and persons responsible for them).
- Carrying out an audit / inspection (possibility to assess each of the requirements of a given standard, the possibility to take a photo as proof of meeting / non-compliance with the requirement).
- Manually entering a comment to a given requirement.
- Voice note to be requested - e.g. in order to record a comment useful later when writing a report.
- Synchronization of audit data with a computer program.
