QUICK is constantly evolving. After the complete metamorphosis of our application and the replacement of the fleet with a new one, we have undoubtedly become the leader in the sharing of electric scooters in the northern part of Poland.

Our application is easy to use and very intuitive. For this reason, the entire process of downloading the application, registration and adding a payment method should take you no more than two minutes. The introduced changes give the user a lot of possibilities both in terms of the way of moving, as well as enjoying the ride, and having an impact on the amount of fees incurred. A wide range of packages and promotions makes rides even cheaper, and the possibility of group rides (using four scooters on one application) allows you to enjoy the trip with the whole family or with a large group of friends.

The scooter rental system is very convenient for the user - it is enough to park it in any place that does not impede the movement of other users. In order to ensure order in the cities where we are, we have also introduced the possibility of putting scooters in our spots and bicycle stands.

For those who like competitions, we have created a special ranking of minutes driven, and at the end of the month, the three people who have the most of them receive free minutes from us! Our scooters are often not only the most convenient means of transport, but also a great way to spend free time outdoors. Currently, you can use our services in the Tri-City, Szczecin, Kołobrzeg and Zielona Góra. But this is certainly not the end of our development. We want to appear in other Polish cities soon. In accordance with Polish law, you can move them only on sidewalks, while paying attention to pedestrians with a maximum speed of 20 km / h.

We do not charge a starting fee, and each commenced minute of rental is PLN 0.60. Additionally, we can book a scooter (PLN 0.10 / min) and pause the ride (PLN 0.10 / min). The final fee of PLN 3 is charged if the User does not leave the scooter at the designated place (letter P on the map in the application). We offer packages and promotions that significantly reduce the total cost of travel.

You would think that for the electrical scooter provider with the most units in town, quick's app would at least be functional, but you would be mistaken. If I had to count the grammatical errors in this app alone I would get lost and have to start over at least 7 times. The menu names and the UI are depressing to look at, while the main focus of the application - the map - barely works half the time. Scanning scooter QRs hardly ever does the job right as well, and this isn't even the half of it

Scooters in Gdansk were old and extremely beat up. Many were marked as broken. Those that were functional were few and far between. The only advantage in the city was direct credit card billing. Another company had much better scooters and many more available, however, their billing was not functional for foreigners. If it wasn't for the billing advantage it would have been a one star review.

Scooter stopped working in area which is not available for parking. I could not stop renting the scooter and couldn't move it either - wheel was locked and alarm started whenever I'd move it. Support is unresponsive and nobody picks up the telephone. This happened yesterday and my trip is still active. Edit: After 17 hours customer service responded that they will "exceptionally" cancel my ongoing trip and not charge me for it. Do not recommend, avoid this scooter vendor!
