What a useless app, for privacy reasons alone. They need your precise location for some reason and then they also want the credentials of my car account. And they do all this saying that I have "full control over my data". No I don't, because I just gave you full access to my account. Well I didn't, but the app refuses to work then. just work like other apps: show me charging locations. their prices and allow me to start, stop and pay in the app. No need to harvest my data.

Charging 0.25 SEK per minute is unreasonable. My car usually takes four hours to fully charge, adding an extra 60 SEK fees on top of electricity costs. Previously, the municipality partnered with E.ON at these same stations without imposing such punitive rates. While reasonable service fees are understandable, this current pricing structure feels exploitative. I will be submitting an official complaint to the municipality regarding this issue.

We understand that our pricing model may not suit everyone, particularly vehicles that charge at a slower rate. The time-based fee helps ensure that charging spaces remain available and are not occupied after charging is completed. However, we appreciate your feedback and are always working to improve the charging experience.
