Good public bike system, though need to keep 20zl credit to start rides, so less convenient for someone only staying for less than 48 hours. Cycles have back pedalling rear brakes, which I personally don't like. they are lightweight compared to many systems and have 7 speeds. though some gears slipped on my first rental.
Thank you for your great review, Ian! We're delighted to hear that you appreciated the lightweight design of our bikes and the 7-speed gearing. Our goal is to make every ride as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We hope you'll choose our bike-sharing system again on your next visit and enjoy an even better riding experience.

Terrible UX which needs to be addressed promptly. No app onboarding so you have to guess how to join the rental scheme - it's under operators and terms and conditions. Confusing. Lots of annoyances for example using the back gesture closes the app instead of going back to the app's home screen. Edit: The developer didn't address any of my complaints, they think it's ok.
Aplikacja została zaprojektowana tak, aby była czytelna, intuicyjna i przejrzysta, a korzystanie z niej było możliwie jak najbardziej komfortowe.

The chat doesn't work. The app doesn't show up how many bikes are on a given station
We have verified that the chat is working correctly. The app also displays the number of bicycles available at each station. Additionally, if you zoom in all the way on the map, you can see the exact location of each individual bicycle at the station.
