Serve POS — The POS app for clubs and associations

Serve POS is designed for the volunteer-run bar, club cafeteria, or association event where simplicity and speed matter more than a complex cash register system.
The app is built to be used by everyone; it is very intuitive!
Setup the app in your own language(20 languages available) and your own currency(20+ currencies)


Register your customers once and open a tab in seconds. Add drinks and products throughout the evening — the tab stays open until the customer is ready to pay. Walk-up guests can also be served immediately with a direct sale, no tab required.

Multiple payment methods
Accept payment the way your customers prefer:

Cash — classic, with change calculation
Bancontact — show a scannable QR code linked to your Bancontact payment URL (beta).
Bank transfer — generate a SEPA QR code your customer scans with their banking app
Tokens (jetons) — customers buy tokens in advance; Serve POS calculates how many tokens each product costs automatically
SumUp - integrate a SumUp Solo device to receive card payments (coming soon)

Product catalogue your way
Organise your products into categories, set prices and colours, and reorder everything with a simple drag. Your volunteers see a clean product grid — no clutter, no confusion.

Customer management
Keep a list of your regular customers and organise them into groups (teams, departments, membership tiers). Opening a tab for a known customer takes a single tap.

End-of-day reporting
Close out your session with a clear overview: total revenue per payment method, all open tabs and their outstanding balances, and a VAT breakdown. Export everything to CSV for your treasurer or accountant.

VAT (BTW) support
Assign tax rates per product or set a global default. VAT amounts are tracked per sale and summarised in the report — ready for your periodic VAT declaration.

PIN-protected management
Product catalogue, payment settings, and reports are protected by an optional PIN so volunteers can take orders without accessing sensitive configuration.

Built for Android
Serve POS runs as a native Android app — no browser, no cloud dependency for daily use. Works on phones and tablets

Subscription
Serve POS includes a 90-day free trial. After that, choose a very cheap monthly(3€) or yearly subscription(30€) directly through the Play store
