About this app

This application is intended for employees that work in One Vanderbilt and their visitors. Important information about the building can be found on the dashboard, which dynamically changes throughout the day. The app allows employees frictionless access into the property and will enable them to invite guests to the property as well. Additional modules are available including maintenance requests, amenity reservations, events, community information, etc...

Ratings and reviews

Nothing but issues with the app. Completely unreliable. I can't get into the building or access the right floors most of the time. I had to have them issue a plastic, manual card because it was so unreliable. The support. team is very nice but after a dozen tickets, I have just figured out that the issues can't be resolved and I'll have to use the card. Also, if there is even the slightest issue with the connection I can't even load my virtual card. Just a high tech total fail.

Many fellow Android users including myself cannot access the front entrance gates and elevator banks with this app, even with Bluetooth and NFC installed.
