BDE – Bank of Executors – Badge Control is a professional application for access control on construction sites, designed to read and verify identification badges via QR codes.
The app is an extension of the IT solution developed by Studio A&T to manage the flow of information – data and documents – generated by the provisions of the memoranda of understanding for the prevention of criminal infiltration attempts (so-called Legality Protocols), typically adopted on large-scale projects and complex construction sites.
BDE allows you to:
read the QR code printed on identification badges using your device's camera;
verify whether the person or vehicle is authorized to operate on the construction site, in accordance with the provisions of the so-called construction site weekly;
structured recording of entry, control, and exit operations, associating the date, time, and geographic location of the reading point.
Based on the privileges associated with your user, the app allows access to data and documentation stored in the system's centralized database, including information about personnel and equipment operating on the construction site.
BDE is reserved exclusively for authorized users and is designed to be quick and intuitive: the operator selects the desired action (entry, check, or exit) and scans the badge QR code to complete registration.
All readings taken by the devices in use on the construction site are entered into the Reports section of the main web application, ensuring traceability, data consistency, and support for control activities.
BDE also integrates automatic checks to reduce the most common user errors and allows readings to be stored even without an internet connection, with subsequent data synchronization as soon as the network is available.
