TechIS is a mobile client of the so-called CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) of the TechIS system, which effectively solves preventive and predictive maintenance and whose main benefits include, among others:

COMPREHENSIVE PLANNING - it has never been easier to plan the necessary events. You can easily create regular inspections or revisions directly in the calendar or for a specific device.

IMPROVED AWARENESS - have a detailed overview of all devices, technologies, vehicle fleet, employees, work performed, scheduled revisions, reported failures, current spare parts stocks, costs, etc.

RELIABLE WARNINGS - have you ever forgotten to have your company vehicles inspected? Have you missed a scheduled revision or inspection? Do you need to monitor regular employee training? Get notified of upcoming dates for planned events, or the need to plan these events.

CLEAR USER INTERFACE - when developing the system, great emphasis was placed on ease of use. Working with the system is based on the standards of working with Windows and MS Office.

VISIBILITY - in the TechIS system you can always find information about specific events (who worked on what and when, with what result, what spare parts were used, etc.).

POSSIBILITY OF CONNECTING WITH OTHER SYSTEMS - the system can be connected to already used company systems (economic, personnel, etc.). For example, when purchasing new spare parts by the purchasing department, the stock is automatically increased in the TechIS system and maintenance workers always have an overview of the current status of spare parts.
