It works, but the user interface could be a lot better! It does indeed help you solve by pointing out lines telling you where/how you can make progress, so kudos for that. But there are a lot of things that could be improved, like Save the game when you exit out! And don't put the control buttons at the bottom of the screen where they conflict with the phone/pad controls. There are several other things, but there's no room here to list them all. Good first try, though.

It should save everything when you exit. I've got a Note10 and it works on that. Very strange. I put the buttons at the bottom to maximise the screen area for the puzzle.

This was perfect for helping me navigate through a puzzle I got terribly stuck on. Definitely is a great alternative to making your own pencil marks on the paper. I love that you can input the puzzle you are working on. Thank you!

I'm so pleased you like it. After so many negative reviews I had pretty much given up

This is not a Kakuro solver, it's a Kakuro puzzle with hint functionality. It should be renamed as the name is misleading. The hint functionality is really bad as well, since you have to solve it from up to down, and from left to right. You can't get a hint in the middle of it, just for the next top-left empty square. What I was looking for was an actual Kakuro solver, which obviously made me dislike this app even more, as it isn't what it's advertised to be. I would have liked to see a function to actually just solve it for me. I'm not into Kakuro at all, I'm more of a crossword puzzle person. The problem is that I need to fill these Kakuros to be able to finish my crossword magazine...

The very first sentence of the description clearly says that this app HELPS YOU to solve Kakuro puzzles. What was not clear about that?
