Permis Barcă RO is the complete preparation app for the theoretical exam for driving pleasure boats (categories A, B, C and D), covering the Danube Navigation Regulation (RND), COLREG, seamanship, meteorology, legislation and first aid.

The Premium subscription (19.99 RON/week, with a 3-day free trial) unlocks full access to all categories, removes ads and offers unlimited exam simulations. It renews automatically; you can cancel at any time from your account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
