Toki is a complete judo club management app designed for students, coaches, and club administrators. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced judoka, Toki helps you stay connected with your club, track your activities, and never miss a training session.

For students and athletes, Toki makes it easy to scan QR codes at the dojo to register attendance, view upcoming trainings and competitions, register for competitions with the correct weight category, and track personal progress over time. Members can access their digital judo license, follow their belt progression, and communicate with coaches and teammates through club channels.

For coaches and club administrators, Toki simplifies daily management. Quickly scan attendance using QR codes, review and approve competition registrations, view attendance statistics, create club announcements, and organize training sessions with member voting.

Key features include QR code attendance tracking, competition management, real-time messaging with polls, a training calendar, digital licenses, access to schedules, and multi-language support in English, French, and Dutch.

Accounts are created by authorized club administrators. Users log in securely using a one-time password sent by email or phone. Toki respects your privacy, does not track personal location, and never sells user data.

An active membership with a participating judo club is required.
