I have to agree with the other reviewer here - Bodan Parubok. This is a very serious problem. I preorder the day before, but i can never be sure if the order actually stays in place or gets cancelled because a driver accepted it and then canceled it. There have even been cases when i check the order 20 minutes before and it's there. Only to re-check 10 minutes later to find it gone. Now i just started preordering to an earlier time to give myself a buffer in case my order gets canceled again.

Has one very serious bug! When taxi driver cancels your order right after he has taken it, you loose your order and have to make new one. Its not a big deal if you order at the moment but when you have ordered taxi long time in advance, especially in place where you wont get taxi easily and driver cancels your order, you are left stuck searching new closest taxi, wasting your time because there is no automatic reordering if taxi driver cancels your order immediately after taking your order.

Wondering why nobody is using your app and uninstall immediately? Wonder no more. Your app has not been tested with EU mobile numbers. It is inpossible to register. Such a garbage way of doing modern IT business.
