About this app

The "Velmis - Benign accident register" application allows you to:

• Reference a minor accident and/or illness;
• Consult minor accidents of the day;
• Capture an evolution of a minor accident;
• Receive by email the reference sheets for minor accidents and/or illnesses that have been generated by the application;
• Access the history of minor accidents and illnesses over a desired period;
• Create, unlimited, nominative user accounts and/or group user accounts with access to certain functions of the application that the establishment may or may not limit;
• Trigger and/or receive intrusion, containment and fire alerts;
• Write and receive instant messages;
• Obtain statistics of minor accidents and/or illnesses over a desired period;
• Consult the medical/health records of the child or adolescent;
• Consult the digital booklets in the field of first aid and fire;
• Use a metronome to perform chest compressions in front of a victim in cardiac arrest.

This application is intended for all audiences and for all types of establishments ranging from a private and/or public school to a company in the tertiary, industrial or even construction sector.

Access to the subscription is only possible by creating an account of the establishment or of a person wishing to use it in his family network.

When the subscription has been paid for by the establishment or by the person holding the main account called the "administrator", then all users of the same network or the same establishment will be able to download, connect and use this application for free.

Regarding the characteristics linked to an accident referencing, we have thought of everything...In particular when entering the injured person's information:

- The user is informed of the existence of a PAI (medical history) when he enters the name of the child and/or adolescent;

- A message appears at the appropriate time to encourage the user to notify the emergency services when necessary;

- The user has the option of taking a photo of the injury or describing it if the victim is opposed to this approach;

- A list of treatments is proposed according to the type of minor accident;

- Decision support has been incorporated to help the user make the right choices when entering a minor accident listing;

- The user is warned during his entry when a medical opinion becomes essential for the well-being of the child, the teenager but also the adult;

- All the information entered by the user is grouped together, after validation, on a minor accident referral form sent, by email, directly to one of the establishment's managers or to the person holding the main account.
