Ratings and reviews

I waited for the card to arrive for over one month's time, but I got it so that's okay. Recieving transfers is sometimes delayed which is irratating when they are urgent. I dont like that I can't top up by placing cash into my accont through ATM's. Other than that, everything seems to be going good and I am mostly okay with using this Bank. Could use a few upgrades.

I think it's a scam. Had a good run for a couple of months but have been expecting a paypal transfer for 15 days and it still hasn't arrived. I have messaged and emailed the support too many times and they have not bothered answering and finding a solution. My money never appeared to my account. Do not engage there are much better online banks. This could be a fraud.

I'm definitely not happy with the fact that you state a free contacless mastercard only to find out that it's maintenance is 1.4€ per month. I have doubts that any costumer will value the fact that you issue the card for free, as a whole the card is not free. The ATM withdrawals also have a minimum of 2.5€ and a 2% fee. There are more economic offers out there so until I can lend you my money without these costs I will not intend to go through with the identification process.
