Vicenarius is one app with two sides: a practical work app for employees and a clear project portal for customers.
For employees, Vicenarius is built around the working day. You can see your schedule, know where you need to be and clock your hours or submit a timesheet directly from your phone. You can also upload receipts and costs, share project updates or photos, reserve equipment, report issues and follow your salary, payslips and approved hours once your manager has processed them.
For customers, Vicenarius makes the project easier to follow. Instead of scattered messages, phone calls and unclear status updates, everything is available in one place. Customers can view progress, see photos and updates from the site, follow the planning, open documents, book appointments, track invoices and change orders, and report punch-list items with photos.
Vicenarius brings the people on site and the customer closer together. Employees can record what is happening as the work gets done, while customers get a clearer view of where their project stands.
