Component Inventory helps maintenance technicians register and document machine components.

KEY FEATURES:

Component Overview
View all your registered components in one overview. Filter by draft, complete, or synchronized, and quickly search by name.

Structured Registration
Record all relevant data per component: name, number, manufacturer, serial number, year of manufacture, functional location, and condition rating (1-5 stars). Link each component to an asset in your organization.

Guided Photo Documentation
Take 4 standardized photos per component using a step-by-step wizard:
1. Overview photo of the complete asset
2. Close-up photo of the component itself
3. Photo of the functional location
4. Photo of the identification plate or serial number

WiFi Synchronization
Work offline and automatically synchronize your registrations when you connect to the company network. Track sync progress in real time.

Work Offline
Store components in the local database without an internet connection. Everything is securely stored until synchronization is possible.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Requires a server account (created by your organization)
- Works with a self-hosted server within your company network
- No data is sent to external cloud services

PRIVACY:
- All data remains within your organization's infrastructure
- No tracking, no ads, no third-party analytics
- Photos are stored locally and only synced to your own server
