I renewed my annual subscription for your AI Chatbot on 8th January, 2026. However, I have not been able to use the Doc Master to upload pdf document and ask questions, which is the primary purpose of the subscription. Besides, I sent a mail to the customer support service on 11th January, 2026 but no response has been received as at 15/01/26. This is quite unfortunate. It's like the developer of the app is only interested in collecting money from people without delivering the expected service.

The only thing that I have to say that I don't absolutely love about this app is when I got a new phone. I tried to install it in my new phone and move all the data from my one phone to another. It wouldn't let me there's no option for me to reconvene with my lifetime membership. I'm severely disappointed with that. like who , in the world will use the same phone for the rest of their entire life!???

I signed up for a free trial, then couldn't find anywhere to unsubscribe, which is why I gave only 1 star. I eventually found the company, Evolly?, and wrote to them, no response yet. Can anyone help please?
