I've been going to EWC since 2012. Their app was just ok when it first came out and the recent update has a slightly better UI, actually shows my passes (that's helpful!), with one flaw - it has me locked in to a specific location for the quick book, and I cannot change it or delete it in the app. I go to different EWC locations depending on my schedule. I can schedule by not using quick book, and it works fine. Just annoying. Other than that it is easy to use and works well.

This app doesnt interact well with the keyboard - for example when entering your login, you have to minimize the keyboard to get to the password entry blank. Making a reservation was also strangely difficult. Several times I got an error that the system couldn't book my selected time and I should try another, but without explaining the parameters of how to find an available one. It took me 3 tries to successfully schedule. Faster just to make a phone call.

This is the worst, most irritating app! Can't believe I have to go through the entire nationwide list of locations to select my preferred location, which is all the way on the bottom. Locations only load a few at a time, so it takes forever to find my location. Unbelievable there is no search bar to search for preferred location. The map on the upper right corner is useless. Then after 5 minutes, after finally reaching the bottom of the list the app closes!! Every single time! Seriously!
