I can't seem to find my profile on your updated app. Also when trying to make a reservation through your app it lists EVERY location starting with the letter "A" throughout the country. Unfortunately, you have to hit load more to get more locations (beyound time consuming). Lastly, when you find a location and you pick a wax specialist along with a date, there are no available dates.

When I initially got the app earlier this year, it was nice to check my appointments, but otherwise it did not really do much for me since I book at the center. Since the recent update though all I'm having is trouble. From initially not being able to sign in, to my appointments not showing up, and having a hard time getting anything to load. Overall I'm not even sure why there is an app, as it's not really adding anything to the waxing experience.

For years this app worked. After civic and the stores opened again, I can't book appointments anymore. I make all my selections (including available dates and times shown) and then a message pops up saying that date and time doesn't work. I have tried many different dates and times and it still pops up. I call the store and all the dates and times I tried to choose are available.
