I can't seem to find my profile on your updated app. Also when trying to make a reservation through your app it lists EVERY location starting with the letter "A" throughout the country. Unfortunately, you have to hit load more to get more locations (beyound time consuming). Lastly, when you find a location and you pick a wax specialist along with a date, there are no available dates.

Edit: The previously reported issues have been resolved. It's definitely useful but still has some issues. No matter how many times I select my studio location in the reservations section it always opens with a different city. When I go to correct this, it says that my correct city is saved as my favorite. Also, it would be really nice if they could add the feature of being able to select add-ons to services in app as well.

Hello Tory, We apologize for the inconvenience. Request you to please use MY EWC feature(My Account->My EWC) to select your Home location so by default, it will show your selected location in a reservation. Also, for add-ons feature please send a note to ewcplaystore@gmail.com so we can connect

It's convenient, but would be nice if it gave you the option to cancel appointment's not just reschedule them... Makes it difficult when you have multiple services that you would from time to time wish to book on the same day and the app won't allow you to do so unless you reschedule one of them to a different date and then go back and rearrange your bookings.
