Registration was smooth up until the facial verification. It's a requirement of their KYC, but unfortunately, their facial recognition technology is terrible. Despite a lengthy correspondence with support, the tldr I got was: register with id/passport/driving license again. Official government ID with photo taken 3 years ago didn't work. Renewing my passport isn't feasible either as it would take at least a month. Just wanna buy some HCN, even after providing all documents, but face didn't match

Excellent app to transfer your H dollar or coin. Easy to use. There might have a bug though as I had to send 2 factor code from PC. Also it would be very handy if you could add(display) a local currency to USD (for instance AUD). Keep improving.

Not able to use the app. Getting a black screen with a popup showing "An error has occurred" after logging in. Have retried several times but it is not working.
