Ratings and reviews

If i had the option, i would rate 0 stars I am unable to open the app at all, and if i got lucky i enough to access it . It will take minutes of searching with no results. Just be straightforward if you want to remove the app for Vodafone users .

customer support is really frustrating and suck ! You can't reach them on Friday and Saturday, and not after 4 pm , and even when you reach them for an error the person who answers doesn't know how to speak. they have zero support , she said I'll check and whatsapp you, but she never replied or called back.

The App management cheats..Vodafone clearly says it is applicable for landline and mobile customers. However, the app team replied they cant give it to landline customers. Vodafone app also clearly states "you have free access, just download and use it". The customer service team is not effective and do not entertain you much.
