Ratings and reviews

customer support is really frustrating and suck ! You can't reach them on Friday and Saturday, and not after 4 pm , and even when you reach them for an error the person who answers doesn't know how to speak. they have zero support , she said I'll check and whatsapp you, but she never replied or called back.

Does not work. I cannot access any offers even though I have an active membership. Support also doesn't respond. Really disappointing.

If i had the option, i would rate 0 stars I am unable to open the app at all, and if i got lucky i enough to access it . It will take minutes of searching with no results. Just be straightforward if you want to remove the app for Vodafone users .
