# What You Can Do

**Guest Management**
Maintain a complete guest profile database. Add or edit guest records with document scanning support — simply photograph a Vietnamese ID card (CCCD) or passport and the app reads the information automatically using OCR and QR code recognition. Capture, rotate, and review ID images directly in the app.

**Reservations**
Browse and search your full reservation list — by date, arrival, in-house status, or folio number. Filter by guest name, confirmation number, room, or date range. Tap any booking to view complete stay details, manage the guest roster, collect signatures, and generate the registration card as a PDF.

**Guest Check-in Workflow**
Assign guests to bookings, set the primary guest, collect digital signatures on registration cards, and generate printable PDFs — all from your phone, without touching the front desk terminal.
