I used to love this app so much. I've had it for years and it worked great without any issues but I'm going to have to echo the sentiments of other reviewers: the most recent update has made the app pointless. I can't add any photos. Tried renaming the folder, deleting it and creating a new one, nothing works. I hate to give this one star, but it has zero functionality now

It seems like with the most recent update it broke the app. Now no one can add pictures or videos. I hope it gets updated fast. Other then this huge bug the app is really good. It doesn't have terrible adds like the other caulk apps do. Some of them even make you watch a 30 second add everytime you drop a photo in them, mind you you can only add 1 photo at a time. By comparison this app is great. Once this issue is fixed I will update my score.

It had worked fine when I had new phones in the past, but after getting a phone a month ago, I can not get it to go back and find my photos and videos... Such a shame... Great Memories. I just renewed my yearly subscription in July... I would like a full refund. Worked again. New phone... now not working again. Please fix. Shows different folders when I added to a new phone, but pictures are not syncing up? Please advise.
