The user interface of the app is good, but once logged out, there is no way to login. Repeatedly shows do not match their records for login. If you click on forget password, it shows that something went wrong. That means there is no way to purchase product by using this app. They need to solve this problem ASAP. That's why I am giving 1 star rating.

I had a very disappointing experience with Febilife. I accidentally placed an order and immediately tried to cancel it, but there is no proper cancellation system or support option available. For an online store, this is a basic feature that customers expect. It feels frustrating and inconvenient when mistakes happen and there’s no flexibility to fix them. Customer service should be more responsive and user-friendly, especially when it comes to order management.

1. I already cart a product according my size. But when going to submit payment then its showing size is not in stock. 2. I can add many product in my cart. But i can not select item from my cart. It count all of the items with total amount. Could not pay only selceted product. 3. Filtering system also dissatisfying. I search for T shirt only. But it shows alone with trouser. Annoying issue. 4. It also shows 'Out of stock' product. Which is not required. We are getting puzzled.
