Ratings and reviews

The user interface of the app is good, but once logged out, there is no way to login. Repeatedly shows do not match their records for login. If you click on forget password, it shows that something went wrong. That means there is no way to purchase product by using this app. They need to solve this problem ASAP. That's why I am giving 1 star rating.

The platform itself works perfectly fine, but the customer service workflow needs improvement. I understand the policy regarding advance delivery fees for outside-Dhaka orders, but the agents handling the verification calls need better training on phone etiquette. Some agents are incredibly helpful, while others are too abrupt and cancel orders mid-conversation without giving the customer a chance to clarify. Better communication would make this a 5-star service.

Fabrilife is no longer an affordable brand, which is disappointing. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2021, primarily because of your products' affordability and good quality. Unfortunately, that’s no longer the case. Your prices are now similar to other brands, yet the quality, while good, doesn’t quite measure up to the competition.
