I will edit this review if my issue is resolved; I love XG and really want access to this app. I paid for a monthly membership through Google play, and was successfully charged, but never got access to the exclusive content, after multiple days. I then paid a second time with paypal but again, no access after multiple days. I've now emailed them 2x and it's been 2 weeks with no response or resolution. Please, help! I want to read their blogs. 💔

I renew the membership but the page still stuck in "membership ID details", even I login with website but it doesn't work... I don't know what can I do... Hope you guys can fix this UI... (mentally breakdown)

Edit: my previous issue was resolved, but another arose, i wanted to upgrade my membership tier but it keeps giving me errors.. guess u guys dont want me to upgrade...? there are so many problem with this app/account management, i love XG but god damn this is frustrating
