one of worst return service ever I have faced multiple times pickup scheduleed but no one is coming for pickup. Multiple times address changes happening. When I contact Customer service digital assistant speaking with me when we interact with human they can't understand the situation how can the digital assistant understand. I will never buy from this App .

It's worst experience i have with you. I ordered at a time more than 30 products which includes play mat too.they delivery but when I choose return option it's takes 2 days after that that Xpress bees delivery agent called me and told that it's a big one so i couldn't it take now will pickup in the evening. His not came and mentioned I am not available at pickup location. This is repeated 3 times I try to connect with firstcry customer care but it was computerized voice call only. I want refund.

Despite the bad experience of delay in delivery leading to cancellation and poor app performance (it should atleast clear the cart items after they are ordered.. and its becoming too slow), I trusted firstcry by ordering for over thousand bucks. Now i get a opened and repacked dirty 'non-returnable' teether. I dont want to give it to my baby to chew. I raised a concern and no response. Edit: giving chance to this app was a mistake. Could give zero stars.
