I went to one of the branch socan set up new one for me. In my usual way to protect my token I went to settings to setup a password which was successful only for me to insert the password for the app to launch waoola! INCORRECT password. How? Ok the whole process was repeated to activate my app again. This time I quickly used it to make a particular payment that I have delayed before I went to set up the password again (2nd time). Up till now I'm still getting the INCORRECT password response.

Mobile transaction on my personal account is very good but that of my business account is terrible and frustrating. I opened my business account with FCMB because I have had a good experience using the bank for my personal account but I am disappointed, to say the least. Issue resolved very fast. Thank you

I am very disappointed in the fact that FCMB will do this, tell us to uninstall the app and reinstall it, while it is not a solution to it. So we have come to the office. This "Dynamic vector not updated". Please kindly fix it without going to your office. Not happy I'm
