The app is nice, the chat support is terrible. Each response takes 3 days and makes little sense. On my request of what for have I been charged X Eur in EU roaming, they responded that I will know this in the end of the month from the invoice and in case I wish to avoid extra unknown costs - I should not use my mobile subscription. Funny to hear this, given that I have monthly unlimited subscribtion. Now closing all my subscriptions and transferring to another operator.

MAFIA, they have the worst service in all europe. I paid all my invoices and they never respected my customer european rights, this company smells a mafia because they will make to pay unexistent calls , fees that I never made abf when I asked they never presented facts when I have all my facts registred with a lawyer. Don't come with this company trust me... Telia is better. Also I paid one time my new contract and they ignored the emails what I sent with all fees what I paid a month ago..
