I got a new phone and wanted to install pop avain in that one too. To get access the app is asking for bank username and password. However the numbers used on my old phone are not valid for the new phone??? So then the solution is to physically go to the bank and they charge you 10 euros to get in. This is ridiculously difficult :-( Thumbs down 👎

The app started saying I needed to update for compatibility with my device. I installed all updates. Still the same problem. So I decided to uninstall and reinstall... But the app store now says the program is not compatible with my device, so I cannot reinstall, so I'm locked out from bank services.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. At the moment our services are only available in Finnish and Swedish, which is reflected in the language selection of the app as well, but we regularly review our customer feedback and demand for more language options.
