About this app

Do you know what salary you should be getting?

Shifta calculates your salary according to the collective agreement, so you can check your salary band yourself. You just mark your shifts in the calendar. Shifta takes care of the rest.

SHIFTA IS NOT A GOVERNMENT SERVICE

Shifta is an application developed by a private company. It is not a service of the government, state, municipality or welfare area and does not represent them. Shifta also does not represent employers or trade unions. The calculation is a tool for checking your salary band. Binding information is always in the official text of the collective agreement and with your employer.

THREE STEPS

1. Choose a collective agreement. Shifta knows its allowances, compensations and periodic work rules, so you don't have to.
2. Mark the start and end times of your shifts in the calendar.
3. When you receive your payslip, compare it with Shifta's calculation.

Evening and night bonuses
Saturday and Sunday compensation
Public holiday and eve compensation
Daily, weekly and period overtime
Sick leave pay
Vacation pay and annual holiday pay
Increments based on average hourly earnings

You can see where each amount comes from. Open any shift and see the breakdown: hours worked, hourly wage and each bonus on its own line.

The annual review shows your earnings month by month, standard shifts speed up entry and the working time bank keeps the balance.

PAY PERIODS

Create a pay period according to your employer's payment schedule and check the entire period at once. Overtime is also calculated correctly in period work, where it is only clear at the end of the period.

PRIVACY

Your salary is your business. Your employer does not see Shifta or the information entered there. The data is stored in the EU and the salary information is stored encrypted. You can download your own data or delete your account at any time directly from the app.

SUBSCRIPTION

Downloading the app is free. Payroll requires a subscription after a 14-day free trial. No payment information is required for the trial.

Annual subscription €19.99 per year

The subscription automatically renews unless canceled before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and cancel it in the Google Play app under Payments and subscriptions.
