About this app

fibertime expenses is the expense-claims app for fibertime staff. It replaces spreadsheets, emails and Xero Me for anything you paid for and need back, and for company-card spend that finance needs to see.

Snap or upload a receipt and the app reads the merchant, date, amount and VAT off it, in any currency finance allows. You check what it read, say what the money was for, and submit. Personal money goes to your manager to approve; company-card spend and things like per diem and telephone go straight to finance. Approvers see what is waiting on them in the same app, open the receipt right there, and approve, send back or reject with a reason. You can follow every claim from "waiting for approval" to "paid".

Approved claims are booked in fibertime's accounting system automatically, so there is nothing to retype and nothing to chase.

Works on your phone alongside the web portal at finance.fibertime.cloud; drafts are kept on the device until you are ready to submit.
