Ratings and reviews

Only good for finding parts locations in inventory without going to the computer. Can't pull up closed work orders, even from just the night before, unless they're assigned to you specifically. Unable to look up necessary information/past repairs while on a job which should be the entire purpose of this app. This was designed be somebody that has no experience working in or with a maintenance field. If you want it on your phone, just open in your web browser if that's an option for you.

Love the app. Have been using it to help our church maintenance staff track inventory, and triggers alerts for me to replenish as it gets low. Works great when used. Recently (past two days) have had an error when completing a WO trying to enter parts, when trying to scroll the full unfiltered list (33 items) after two scrolls the window closes and takes me back to the WO. But if I search first as long as the list is under 10 or so its fine. But hopefully the next update will resolve that.

This app should be able to do so much more. I know you can complete task but you cannot enter time for a task which affects reports for those that close, complete their task on the app. Also, you should be able to access all history work orders and not just the last 50 records. It has potential to be great but requires fresh ideas from the ones that use it on industrial daily task.

Upcoming change: In the next scheduled release of the mobile app (v1.60.0), we will no longer support Android 10. We recommend updating your devices to Android 11 or later.
