This app is for members of a workplace plan administered by Fidelity International. You can log in using your existing Fidelity PlanViewer log in details, or register using your Fidelity Reference number via this app or online at planviewer.fidelity.co.uk.

removed the option to easily see what your monthly pension could be worth when you retire. this was the best part of the app!

I have found this app to be impossible to log into. I enter my login email, no problem. It then requires me to enter my password, no problem. It then sends a six digit security code to my email. I go to my email to get the code but as soon as I go back to the Fidelity app it refreshes the page, thus requested another security code and making the previous one unrecognisable. This then turns into an endless loop. App not fit for purpose.

It app was really good - while it worked. It recently won't move past the opening logo screen. When I contacted support, they told me to update my phone software and that would fix it. My phone isn't that old but I did make sure my software was up to date, uninstalled, and reinstalled the app several times and still no go. So, I would recommend the app if you can actually get it working.
