Installed the app but when opening just shows a black screen with no other options. Tried uninstalling and reinstalled but same result. Given my phone is less than 18 months old and I did an operating system update last week I'm confident it's them not me.

Great experience to date. I'm posting as I couldn't see a way to give feedback to the developers. I'm using a Samsung S22 device. this app has worked almost flawlessly until this morning where it won't load the biometric screen so I can log in. I'm just getting a balance white screen with the revolving circle suggesting it's doing something. This minor glitch asside, the app is incredibly easy to use and very convenient.

Awful app! so difficult to work out how to change things - all it does is bring up a silly quiz. Changing anything on my other pension instantly recalculates how much you receive, yet this tells you to check back later. I can't believe this is rated 4.7 out of 5. My other pension app is in a different league.
