See what you’ve earned today, what you’ll earn this month and year, and what your hourly rate really is.

Income and expenses by category.
Track current assets (apartments, cars, commercial property) with rental income, taxes and maintenance. Manage deposits, loans, debts and savings goals.

Full mortgage calculator.
Separate mortgage tool with payment schedule, overpayment analysis and payment-holiday (deferral) scenarios. When you add a property with mortgage calculations, it becomes an asset and its payments are automatically included in your overall cash flow.

Financial freedom indicator.
A FIRE metric that shows progress toward the moment when passive income will cover your current expenses. Add future events (rent start, end of mortgage, etc.) and instantly see how your freedom date changes.

Privacy-first operation and optional accounts.
The app works fully without an account — your data stays on the phone. Creating an account enables backup and sync. You can delete your account and all data with one tap in settings.
