A personal and involved learning method
Our learning cycle is the basis for shaping our learning trajectories. By setting up training programs based on this cycle, we can offer everyone a suitable training offer and secure what has been learned in practice.
When drawing up this learning cycle, we have taken the 70-20-10 system and Kolb's learning cycle as a starting point. This means that learning on the job, learning with each other and in class (and in the correct stated proportion) has been taken into account and that the phases of learning are taken into account and that each person learns in their own way.
