About this app

FinPay is an app for sending money from Russia to Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan.

How to send a transfer

1. Register with your phone number and complete identity verification — this is a one-time step.
2. Choose the recipient's country and how they will receive the money: to a card or in cash.
3. Enter the recipient's details and the amount. The confirmation screen shows the exchange rate, the fee and the final amount the recipient will receive.
4. Confirm the transfer. For cash transfers, the app issues a reference number for the recipient.

Card transfers

Money is credited to Humo and Uzcard cards in Uzbekistan, Korti Milli in Tajikistan and Elcard in Kyrgyzstan. The recipient does not need to install the app.

Cash transfers

The recipient visits a U-Cash partner bank branch with their passport and the reference number from the app. No card is required.
