Hey, can you guys remove this prolonged session time if you can't get the app to work very well with it. Please! Many time saying: "There was an error processing your requests". Then, logs you out. Then to re-login becomes a problem. When it manages to login, you try a transaction, it forces a logout again due to connection issues. And the cycle continues. I've been on this app for the past 20 minutes trying to complete 2 transactions, but have succeeded with only one. This isn't a one-off thing

I just applied for the firstmoney agent banking and my first experience with you is devastating. Despite the fact that everything, including the app was done by the customer service from your bank and was even trained by them on how to used it... I was told to deposit some amount to the account, which i did.. The money is yet to be reflected. I tried to initiate a transfer and it is showing 'request processing error'. I logged out and in, switched off, the same. Email was sent, nothing's done.

Very nice and good 👍, so many has changed, before you can check network performance and so on, but now no more. So many programs has changed, like before one can lay complains/check on network status/withdraw commission etc. all this program have changed. Now you click on any of the program, it will now direct you to Opera browser or Chrome browser, while it wasn't so before.
