I don't see any reason why a pin reset should take ages before its sent. I've been locked out of my account for weeks now and every effort to sort it out has been fruitless, frustrating and annoying. if there is a zero rating, that's what you guys deserve.

this app does not open on my phone anymore 😒 it would just say app keeps stopping. that's all, please could you ratify it? and it does not show my core account balance 😒, and my commission does not even show like what is happening guys
