Been trying to book in the last seven hours unsuccessfully. Uninstalled, installed three times, restarted my phone many times. It always say, 'Please wait." When I finally was able to go through it says I don't have Jojo pay credits when I have 2K+. Annoying and a waste of time, esp that I am trying to send clothes to help those affected by fire in Leveriza. Time is important too as I am leaving tomorrow.

My bookings have all been UNSUCCESSFUL. No one gets the pending bookings. Not sure if this is a real delivery app or they're just collecting people' s data. No one answers on the FB page, too. Not helpful. Uninstalling now.

Hi there! We apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced while using the Jojo app. Jojo is a real delivery app with partners and Senders for whom we've delivered items already. We ask for your patience as we are also currently onboarding more Transporters to do deliveries. We've also updated our app. Hope you can give us another try!

I really think this is a great app. but when i installed it and about to try transporting it says that im not confirmed as an accredited transporter yet. i tried to look for instructions to be confirmed but cant find any. it would be great it the app has a FAQ section or maybe a link to more detailed instruction on how to navigate the app. not all users can easily get how this app works. hoping for to try this app soon.
