About this app

Flashlight: Flash Alert & SOS is two apps in one — a full-power LED torch that opens straight into light, and an alert light that blinks your flash for every call, message and notification you cannot afford to miss.

No menus. No warm-up. Open it, and you can see.

🔦 ONE-TAP TORCH
The camera LED at full brightness, on and off instantly, and it stays on for as long as you need it. Keys under a car seat, a fuse box at midnight, a tent zip, an unlit stairwell, a menu in a candlelit restaurant — the light is there before you finish thinking about it.

🔔 FLASH ALERT FOR CALLS, SMS AND NOTIFICATIONS
Your phone is face-down, in a bag, on silent, or you are somewhere far too loud to hear it. Let the LED do the shouting instead. Choose exactly what deserves a blink:
• Incoming calls
• SMS and chat messages
• App notifications

⚙️ RULES SO IT NEVER BLINKS AT THE WRONG MOMENT
This is where most flash alert apps give up. This one asks first:
• Do not flash while the screen is already on
• Do not flash when the battery is low
• Pick the ringer modes it runs in — Normal, Vibrate, Silent
• "Test flash" previews the blink before you trust it with a real call

If you are deaf or hard of hearing, work on a factory floor or a building site, or keep your phone silent through every meeting, this is the feature you will keep the app for.

⚡ STROBE AT YOUR OWN SPEED
Two sliders — on-time and off-time — and the pattern is yours. A slow roadside pulse, a hard fast strobe for visibility, a steady blink for the ride home.

🆘 SOS EMERGENCY SIGNAL
One tap and the LED sends the international SOS in morse code. A blackout, a breakdown on an unlit road, a wrong turn on a trail — a blinking SOS reads as a call for help from far beyond the reach of a steady beam.

🪩 DISCO LIGHT
A party strobe for music and late nights.

🖥️ SCREEN LIGHT IN ANY COLOR
Turn the whole display into a colored lamp:
• Brightness slider
• One-tap color swatches
• Full HSV color picker for any shade you want
• Immersive full screen — tap anywhere to leave
A soft reading light, a makeup light, a fill light for photos, or a warm glow for the room.

✨ BONUS: LED SCROLLING BANNER
Type a message and run it as a scrolling LED dot-matrix sign in full-screen landscape. Arrivals halls, concerts, stadium seats, birthdays — anything that has to be read across a room.

WHY IT STAYS ON PHONES
• Opens straight into light, with no loading screen
• Clean, modern design that needs no instructions
• Small download, easy on the battery
• Follows your system language, with 20+ translations built in
• Works on phones and tablets with an LED flash

PERMISSIONS, IN PLAIN ENGLISH
• Camera — Android requires this permission to control the flash LED. The app never takes a photo and never records video.
• Notification access — used only to know that a call, message or notification has arrived, so the flash can blink. Notification content is never read, stored or shared, and never leaves your phone.

Free and supported by ads. The optional Flash Light Pro upgrade removes them.
