Most flash alert apps blink at the worst possible time. This one asks first:
• Don't flash when the screen is already on
• Don't flash when the battery is low
• Choose the ringer modes it works in — Normal, Vibrate or Silent
• Tap "Test flash" to preview the blink before you rely on it
