Rifut Flow is a work diary for craftsmen, installers and technicians in the field.
Orders that the office plans for you are on your phone, along with contacts and deadlines;
you check off tasks, take photos of the work progress and measure the time worked. Everything is directly transferred to the company system, so the office can see the status of the work in real time and you don't have to report anything additionally.

The application is part of the Rifut Flow service — your company will set up an account for you by invitation.

WHAT RIFUT FLOW CAN DO

• Orders — assigned orders with due date, contacts and assembly address. Clear
list, filtering by status and tags, full-text search regardless of
diacritics.

• Tasks as a checklist — check off completed work, track X/Y progress, distinguish
multiple tasks. Photos can be assigned to each task.

• Photo documentation with GPS — take photos directly in the application or add from the gallery.
The time and place of taking (GPS coordinates) are saved with the picture.

• Time measurement — simple Arrival / Departure, transfer between orders and manual
back records. The application ensures that only one measurement is running at a time, and calculates
the total time worked on the order.

• Calendar — monthly overview of orders in the form of bars, so you know what awaits you.
The scheduling of dates remains with the office.

• Dashboard — jobs clearly grouped by date (today, this week,
this and next month) with a completion indicator.

• Notes and documents — dated notes (including photos) and attachments including
PDF preview directly in the application.

• Tags — quick sorting and filtering of jobs by tags from the company system.

PHOTOS EVEN WITHOUT SIGNAL

There is no waiting for a signal in the basement or on the roof: the photos taken are saved to
the phone and sent automatically as soon as there is a connection. Until then, the photo can be seen
that it is waiting to be sent.

YOUR DATA BELONGS TO YOUR COMPANY

The data is stored on the Rifut Flow servers, where your company manages it.
We do not sell it or pass it on to third parties for marketing. You can find details
in the privacy policy.

Ideal for assembly, service, maintenance and crafts, where you need to have
documentation and time records at hand.

## App access (CRITICAL — invite-only app)

The app requires login and registration is not public → a Google reviewer will not get in on his own. In `App content → App access` select **"All or some functionality
is restricted"** and add **functional test account**:

- Instructions: "The application is accessible by invitation only. Use the attached
login details."
- Login (email) + password: __DOPLNIT__ (create a permanent demo account on the tenant,
ideally with sample data, so there is something to review)
- Environment: set to the correct backend via in-app switch

Without this field = certain rejection.

## Backend

- In-app environment switch remains (EXPO_PUBLIC_ENV_SWITCHER=1).
- Attention: public build will allow switching to dev backend — consider for production version.
