detektor.fm is German Onlineradio which offers two streams. The "Musik-Stream" is music only. We play new and upcoming artists as they pop-up on the internet. The "Wort-Stream" is a German speaking onlineradio. It combines contemporary popmusic with in-depth-journalism.

The station is an award-winning radio (e.g. German Radioprize 2012 for "Best Innovation") and one of the most innovative onlineradios in Germany. The "Musik-Stream" is dedicated to new artists and classic tunes. The "Wort-Stream" also features radio-journalism such as a daily magazine-show called "Der Tag" (German), the english show "The Brit Parade" (every Thursday 7 p.m. CET) or "This Week in Germany" (every Tuesday at 9 p.m. CET).

Ratings and reviews

Great so far but how do you close the app without force-stopping it? Still appears in Notifications area just like music players do - pressing the back button a few times doesn't work. There should always be an exit button.

The star button that adds song to favorites is not working. Otherwise great app.

Great App for traveling! Has with lots of great tunes. Enjoy listening to this at hotels when I travel!
