Fixes for offline downloads and the video player.

• Downloads work again after updating the app — if you'd signed out before updating, new downloads failed.
• Switching between lectures no longer crashes the player.
• A course stuck on "Finish course download" now finishes.
• A lecture that won't play now explains why, instead of showing an error code.
• Android: lock screen and notification playback controls are more dependable.
• Full-screen video works in either landscape direction.
