FMS is a facility management system for property managers, building owners and the teams who keep their buildings running.

It brings buildings, units, tenants, assets and maintenance work into one place, and gives every person involved the view that matches their job — an owner, a facility manager, a maintenance dispatcher, a technician or a tenant each open the app to a different set of screens.

Report a fault in seconds. Photograph the problem with your camera or attach an image from your gallery, choose the affected unit, set the priority and submit. Follow the request through triage, assignment and completion without a phone call.

FMS is a business tool. Your company administrator creates your account and sets what you can see. There is no self-signup inside the app.

An active FMS subscription and an account provided by your company are required.
